*Work from the school day may come home that needs to be finished...
Optional ~ Home Links Math workbook pages that will be given as we go
The Math Facts program is at your child's pace. Please practice a little every evening and return the facts when they are memorized. I will orally test your child and give the next set when he/she passes.
*Begins later...
Take Home Reading Folders contain books for students to read at home. Please have your child read the book to you two times prior to returning it to school. Please return it in a timely manner. At least one or 2 per week would be great. BEGINS SOON!
When writing assignments come home please help your child with spelling more difficult words but encourage inventive and phonetic spelling for most of their writing. As we learn spelling rules in class the children will then be expected to spell those words correctly.
***On Fridays your child’s schoolwork from the week will come home. Please review it and keep it at home!
